you know how fruits are usually 70% water? yeah.

Well, water is effected by emotions. ( look it up if you don't know )

so those emotions are carried out into the fruits and veggies and then you EAT them. (no way!!) so then you're pretty much consuming emotions when eating.

and then they affect you. So if you eat apples watered with cruel slave labor, you get unhappy apples which makes you unhappy when consumed.
( or greed if it's a desperate farmer )

so eat happy apples. :0
